Description

Conditions for Participation
To participate in the procurement, bidders must have a minimum ‘general’ yearly turnover of £500,000 for the last two years or an average yearly turnover of a minimum of £500,000 for the last two years. Bidders must also hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurances indicated below:

• Public Liability Insurance – £5,000,000
Selection Criteria

+ Provide three examples of landscape maintenance services and three examples of common close cleaning services that are similar to the requirements of the buyer and demonstrate relevant experience. + Confirm the average annual manpower for the last three years. + Confirm the number of managerial staff for the last three years. + Demonstrate the ability to deliver the types of requirements detailed in the contract notice.
Contract Performance Conditions
The buyer will require the contractor to produce a Remedial Plan for any performance that falls below the minimum acceptable level during the contract. Failure to produce a Remedial Plan or implement an approved Remedial Plan will be deemed to be a breach of the contract, which may lead to the termination of the contractor.
