Orca Cleaning Group has announced the acquisition of Millen Service UK Ltd, trading as Millen FM, for an undisclosed sum. The two businesses will now operate under the same ownership, with Millen FM retaining its original name.

The acquisition comes after Orca Cleaning Group moved to a larger base on Durham’s Belmont Industrial Estate in 2023.
